Dr. Winterfeldt has over 30 years’ experience in executive leadership, strategic development & restructuring, and global operations & business. In his career he has held global leadership positions in R&D, international operations- & business management in the life science & specialty chemicals industry. Dr. Winterfeldt has a strong proven track record in highly diversified, innovative, international, and multicultural companies.
