Evoqua Water Technologies has signed a definitive agreement to buy privately held Pure Water Solutions, a provider of water equipment and systems. Financial details of the deal were not divulged.
Pure Water Solutions has operations in suburban Denver and Santa Fe. The company serves ultrapure pharmaceutical and laboratory, medical, commercial, industrial and agriculture markets across Colorado and New Mexico, providing various products and solutions including reverse osmosis, deionized water systems, ultra-filtration, and portable exchange.
The acquired entity will become part of Evoqua’s Light Industry Technologies division, which is a part of Evoqua’s Industrial Segment.
Evoqua chief executive officer Ron Keating said: “Pure Water Solutions has been a leader in the high-purity water market in Colorado and New Mexico for more than 20 years and their reputation of customer-focus, flexibility and service is well earned. Evoqua has more than 25,000 industrial customers. Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Evoqua Water Technologies operates 160 locations in eight countries and, has over 200,000 installations and 87 service branches. It caters to the North American industrial, commercial and municipal water treatment markets.
