Natura has announced a new group identity it says recognises the addition of Aesop and The Body Shop to the fold, and the ‘essence of cooperation’ in the governance structure created for the three brands.
The new corporate branding, Natura &Co references the brand that gave birth to the group, while conveying the ‘collaboration, co-creation and coexistence’ and ‘sense of community’ of the newcomers via the ‘& Co’.
“The brand symbolizes the characteristics of the new corporate governance structure created for the group,” said Roberto Marques, Executive Chairman of Natura &Co’s Board of Directors. “This structure, which will help us grow by promoting deep business transformation, aims to ensure support, facilitating and improving integration and interdependence between the three companies in the group, while implementing a global strategy.”
