Caldic B.V. announced the appointment of

Justin Henson joins from GeminiBio, where he currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer. He brings more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience across biotechnology, biopharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, and distribution-enabled business models. Prior to GeminiBio, Justin served as Senior Director of Global Commercial Operations for the Bioproduction Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Earlier in his career, he held a series of progressive sales leadership roles, including VP of Sales for North America, at Avantor, where he led production and research sales teams while managing both direct customer relationships and distribution partners. 

Justin will be responsible for further expanding Caldic’s pharmaceutical solutions business, leveraging his deep industry expertise and proven ability to build and scale high-performing commercial organizations.

Justin has successfully held leadership roles across sales, customer service, product management, pricing, and commercial training throughout his career. His hands-on approach to customer and supplier engagement, coupled with his ability to translate strategy into execution, will support Caldic’s ambitions to accelerate growth and strengthen its differentiated pharmaceutical solutions portfolio.
